Due to the nature of products and sanitary concerns, refunds or exchanges will NOT be issued. ALL products/items are FINAL SALE.
Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong item(s).
Please make sure you READ the product description before purchasing anything on the site.

Monday to Saturday: 10am - 4pm
Deliveries are NOT made on Sundays.

SHIPPING
Shipping occurs after the processing period has been completed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please note the shipping time frame is separate from the processing period.
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday). A confirmation will be sent to you with your order number by email. After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.
PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS
- ACCESSORIES AND MINK LASHES - Please allow 1 BUSINESS DAY for pickup/delivery or to be shipped out.
- MANE EXTENSIONS - Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAY for pickup/delivery or to be shipped out.
- CUSTOM PRE-MADE WIGS - After our 24-48 hour payment processing time (Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm) please allow 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS for the processing/production time for your order to be completed.
- READY TO WEAR WIGS - Please allow 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for the wig to be freshly washed, conditioned and styled before it is available for delivery/pick up or to be ship out.
- MANETENANCE - Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for this service.

SOME NEED TO KNOWS
- If you send in the wrong measurements Mane Finesse is NOT liable for your unit not fitting.
- Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
- Do not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will cause it to rip and Mane Finesse will NOT be held responsible.
- Mane Finesse is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed, lost or stolen packages after you receive your tracking number. You will not receive a refund and your order will not be replaced.
